Seriously? You included TVape in your top 8? That honestly surprises me.
I’m not judging, but based on my own experience, TVape has been one of the least trustworthy retailers in the vaping industry. They constantly try to push cheap, generic Chinese vaporizers as if they’re the best devices on the market, sometimes even claiming they’re better than products from well-established manufacturers.
I find that pretty misleading. Anyone with solid experience in the dry herb vaporizer community who spends a little time browsing their website will quickly notice that they heavily promote low-quality products with exaggerated marketing claims, often at premium prices.
But that’s just my perspective—I’m not judging.
I thought long and hard about Tvape. I have had some success with them, but I agree that their products are not top-notch. That’s why they’re so far down the list.
I am interested in your list and criteria.
Agree they also do misleading home page gold gt4 is 260 on the picture yet 340 in the cart need to find the black one. Companies a joke.

For me, the biggest criterion is how a company handles after-sales support. That’s what really determines whether I consider one company better than another. Of course, product quality also matters, but before I buy anything, I spend a lot of time watching reviews and doing my research. Because of that, I usually end up buying high-quality products, so I rarely have any complaints about the devices themselves.
So far, I’ve only had to deal with Storz & Bickel and Tafée.
My experience with Storz & Bickel was excellent. I had an issue with my Mighty+, sent it in for inspection, and they ended up replacing it with a brand-new unit without any hassle.
My experience with Tafée has probably been the best customer service interaction I’ve ever had. When I first received my Bowle 2, I thought there was an issue with the battery. I sent it back to Tafée, they thoroughly tested it, confirmed that everything was working perfectly, and shipped it back to me. They even covered all the shipping costs both ways.
I’d also give an honorable mention to Camouflet. Let’s just say my purchase of their induction heater went very smoothly, and I didn’t have to pay any import duty fees (I am from Canada). 
As for TVape, the reason I’m so critical of them isn’t because of their customer service—I can’t judge that since I’ve never bought anything from them. My issue is with their marketing. In my opinion, they make misleading claims and aggressively promote cheap, generic vaporizers as if they were among the best on the market. I simply can’t support that kind of advertising.
I think the quality and innovation of the device is by far the most important with customer service second.
My experience with Storz is mixed. The issues with the Venty really tarnished their reputation. It seems to be the norm that device manufacturers launch products that have not been completely tested and then they force consumers to download apps, update firmware, and otherwise tinker with devices that should be excellent out of the box. In other words, the beta phase is skipped so that the early adopters like me become the beta for the company to correct any major or minor deficiencies in the launched product.
My Tafee experience with a Bowle 2 that needed repairs twice was good except for the delivery problems. My device was misdelivered and instead of contacting the carrier and dealing with the issue they wanted me to hunt down where it might’ve been misdelivered in my 200 unit building in Denver.
My experience with pre-ordering the Flaske has been horrible and is ongoing! I will never pre-order from that company again and probably would never buy anything from them directly.

Vgoodiez is the first place I always look to see if they have what I want in stock.
I thought Vgoodiez was only a retailer. Do they manufacture devices as well? Anyway, I was thinking about starting a new topic to cover retailers.
Correct and fair. I wasn’t clear on that point. The two retails/wholesalers i mentioned wouldn’t apply here then
I trust Vgoodiez as I was wanting to order an item from them and mailed to ask how much it would all cost to get shipped to uk and they emailed me to say would cost more to ship than the item and said I would be better off buying from a store local to me and sent me a link to RVS here in uk.
Most company just take the money but not these guys so just keep this in mind when looking for a trustworthy retailer.
In my world 1 stands out and that is:
Ed’s TnT 
Even I’m in the EU he always answers back in 24 hours and often it’s more like in under 1 hour!!
And he goes a long way to help out if needed!

Wow! That is SUPER shady! How the hell do they get away with shit like that. It’s borderline fraudulent (or maybe pretty far past the border)
I second including Edstnt on the list. Only bought one stem from him so far but I had a question about it. His response was quick, thoughtful and very friendly. Seems to really care about his products and helping people use them better.
We definitely need two lists. One for vaporizer and other equipment manufacturers and the other for retailers. There are a few companies that straddle the line like Planet of the Vapes.
