The back and forths need to be in DMs. This is not the place to argue like this.

If you do not want to talk directly via DM that is fine but this needs to stop in this thread.

I struggle to understand who it is that runs Entheos now.
nobody it seems, or some guy locked out the guy who posts here and has all the capital/money they made and or stock of devices/parts.. idk.. it’s sloppy, hopefully they aren’t still selling stuff
That’s exactly what I understood. But since they in fact are still selling stuff, I still don’t understand what’s going on.
From what I’ve gathered, Jamie provided the funding while Jero is the creator. Unknown things behind the scenes happened and they’ve dissolved the partnership. Jamie took the site and materials and it doesn’t sound like much was left for Jero.
It created issues for consumers because for a period it appears there were two channels to purchase through and if you didn’t purchase through the correct channel you get no support.
It does not seem like much new will come from Jamie on his own and he is clearly not involved in the community, while Jero is working on designing for the future which I wish him the best success with. There’s room for improvement of course with service but I still haven’t had any portable taste better than his Convex 2.0 design. Hopefully he can find some capital to move forward because after being pushed out of the partnership and left with almost nothing it is hard to do much in the way of customer service beyond words.
It does seem messy but perception bias is a strong thing here imo (not to say it isn’t still messy, if that makes sense?). I have seen nothing from Jamie since the first moment I heard of the Convex. If he owns the rights to the current product, site, and inventory ths onus is on him to make the community and customers aware.
I bought one and loved it until what I assume was the board shorting out. Jamie was very responsive and I got a replacement fairly quickly. My replacement arrived with no stem, or bowl screen and wouldn’t power on. Again, Jamie was responsive, and my replacement’s replacement should be here tomorrow.
Quality control doesn’t seem to be great, but at least I’m getting service. I really loved it once I got it dialed in. Fingers crossed I get a good one this time.
