Curious if anyone is adding chillers to their vape
My set up for flower and concentrate vaping is a water pipe with a diffuser.
Then I add an ash catcher with a cloud buddy
The cloud buddy holds the bowl and has a cap you can pull to add air to your vapor for thinning
Single stem with two openings for bowls or combos like a bowl and a chiller.
Not “chillers” like ice or cold glycerin. The hot vapor hitting the cold surfaces makes the vapor condense on the glass and not get to my lungs. I will use a small water piece / bong with my ball vape, not always with water, but not my often with the XQ2.
I prefer a cooled vapor from a small bubbler as well, something relatively small. I do like my Orb bubbler with the ball vape at times because the large volume allows for a big one and done pull.
This was my experience with the chillers I have used
Get a bit of build up
I don’t bring the vapor through the chiller
I use a cloud buddy and place my slurper or flower bowl on the far end and place the chiller in the other slot
Place concentrate or flower on the right side
Attach chiller to the left and use the cap to regulate the air going through the chiller.

They are good for taking the harshness out of carts that I use in my Omegatron
Fill up the chamber and use the revolver chiller to cool the vapor and reduce that harsh effect in the back of the throat
Remember a sip of cold water before and use a chiller if you have a raw throat from carts
@Glasspath - Just a heads up, I’m neither a mod nor a snitch, but I think vendors are supposed to badge their ID. You might want to check with mods and the rules that keep getting updated.

Convincing people to lower their temps and take smaller hits can be difficult
They see tubers vaping a gram all at once

as for vapor cooling - i just use a bong. I’d like to get a Lidavel, but not until they make an 18mm intake version. I’ve tried the freeze pipes and they make the vapor too tickly. Lidavel is a nice temp, just too tight.
Have not used any of the freezepipes line. Would love to know by those experienced on the ease of cleaning? I prefer a pass through, and a side step glass pathway on the mega cube. Have the short glass mouthpiece with balls, and the longer with dimples. But whip to an arizer balled stem is my Fave way2Go. I’d share a pic if things were clean and presentable. Glass cooled by water. This is the Path. 
Cleaning is fairly easy
I boil some water, add a mason jar with 4-5 tablespoons of ethanol or Iso to heat (no open flame just put the mason jar in the hot water)
Lid on but do not tighten
A minute or two should warm the alcohol
Insert chiller and gently agitate
If you need a few runs you can cover the mason jar and set it aside so you can reheat the water
You can perform a reduction and reclaim the concentrate residual but not sure if the THC is still active

Very similar. I use a small bong not usually with water. I feel that Things are lost in the water beyond just the heat.
Perhaps a difference I adjust temp and amount too not use water mostly.
The dry bong seems to work best, when my throat has got a tickle.

I like air and distance from heat source. Water takes away a little bit so I avoid it. I either have a low amount or a low temperature so I control the amount of vapor well occasionall.
I find dry vaping to be a bit harsh. Probably from years of smoking joints. Dry vaping through a system of glass like a water pipe and ash catcher does a decent job at cooling the vapor but not enough for my situation. One of my favorite ways to vape good tasting concentrate is to use my water pipe, ash catcher and cloud buddy. It allows me to use a chiller and introduce cool air and thin the vapor a little for some serious sweet hits. Live resin out of a banger without any flower mix is my absolute favorite but something that is rare because of using edibles primarily. Should mention I’m a light weight tolerance wise so micro dosing is not so micro.

I use a revolver chiller that stimulates the vapor enough to cool but not plaster it against the wall of the water pipe. Weird part is the ash catcher has little to no residue so most of the vapor makes it through to the water pipe. I get a circle of concentrate against the back wall about the size of a medium coin after a couple of grams of concentrate use. Get a small amount on the cloud buddy but hardly noticeable.
I have lung issues too and cooling the vapor does make it easier to consume.
Maybe see what kind of a discount there is on a 420 or holiday sale.

I always have a dry bong filled with marbles stored in the fridge for when I have a sore throat or just want cooled vapor.
