here you go…these prices are great. hits harder than an e-rig.
i have a video guide on my site that covers slurpers dabs with the dab rite
@420vapezone @stickstones Y’all are both Menches. Seriously, thank you so much.
I have reading to do. ![]()
I noticed Jerry said real dabs are load as you go.
I know that some draw a line of distinction between dabs and vaping concentrate.
Can you preload the Puffco Pivot 3D chambers? It says you can on the website. Does that mean it is less of a dab and more of a vaping concentrate category?
If you can preload and swap when out and about, can you wait to clean them later when home?
I hate drawing lines like that. I think this distinction needs more discussion…
IMO the Pivot hits closer to a real Slurper dab than any of my other e-rigs.
But the chamber is very short, so it has a very real limit on dab size.
Yes, you can preload chambers. I think that would work for very light users.
For me it’s easier to just bring a dab jar and a sewing needle to load as needed.
Why not get a Dr Dabber Switch 2. It is the best e-rig on the market.
I tried a yocan dab pen about 9 years ago and barely drew from it before coughing terribly, I never thought I would touch a dab device again. But then I started twaxing and a month ago decided to give it one last chance chance for a regular dabbing device. I purchased the New Proxy and absolutely love it, the smoothness and the customizability of the device is definitely great for me. I’m really surprised how smooth it is dry. Now I’ve got several grams of concentrate on hand. ![]()
You know I’ve been considering a Pivot for some time.
I can actually get one almost free with my points at my local dispo.
I like concentrates but I NEED water cooling and lower temps. Do not like coughing it’s why I went DHV years ago. I see tons of water attachments for the Pivot but I really needed an all in one solution where I didn’t need my water pipe and a lot of set up. Plus I don’t like how the Pivot basically can’t stand upright on its own.
I saw a deal and copped the Pulsar Dabitron 2.0 last week.
I’ve done about 10 sessions with it and am still getting the hang of it but so far for price it’s doing a pretty good job. I only use the first 2 temps. Mouthpiece and oven are ceramic which I like although at low temps I have to run a couple of cycles to use up the concentrate. Having an attached multi directional carb cap is so far a big plus. I clean it out still hot with Q tips and so far it’s clean as a whistle.
There is a “Turbo mode” which I’m not sure I’ll ever get near. Battery life is decent for a device running at hot temps with lights while charging, and haptic feedback to boot.
I think it took just under an hour to charge.
In the past I’ve done an OOZE bong with a banger and I started using concentrates with a Nectar collector and ball glass atomizers. I moved up to a Yocan Pandon pen but I had to use one coil at a time and run it through my water pipe it gets so hot.
I like what I see in the Proxy Core but I’d like it to get more use in the wild and come down in price frankly. I really like the attachment for the Pivot from MJ arsenal I’m seeing and may still pull the trigger if I become dissatisfied with my Dabitron.
