Figured I’d let you all know that I’m now officially on board with JCVAP as “Product Development Advisor” and have a lot of great plans for the forseeable future and pushing the innovation and evolution for the company, and hopefully the industry as a whole. Can’t wait to unleash some of my concepts and take things to a new level. Much love vapefam and cheers John (thanks so much for the opportunity!) - the Crown is only the beginning, its only gonna get better from here…

Is it possible they will develop their own induction heater specifically for the Crown Cap?

Hi all, new to the forum, and I’m expecting a new Herbcloud Crown Titan Portable Ball Vape Dry Herb Vaporizer (such a long title) on Saturday. Ordered it from their website located in Hong Kong, I believe on 8/23, and it’s being shipped from L.A. It took 2 days to process before shipping, not sure why. They have products that ship from Hong Kong and some from the U.S.
The website could use some tweaking to make it friendlier and easier to navigate, and some of the descriptions appear to be written by different people. Some of it is excellent English, and some of it is not. There are several versions of these: there is a Pockety Herbcloud and a Herbcloud Titan model plus several others.
Has anyone used this and do you have any suggestions?

First of all, thank you for ordering the Crown Titan, and also for the feedback about our website. I agree with you — some parts of the site still need improvement, especially the navigation, product naming, and consistency of the English descriptions. We have been adding products over many years, so some descriptions were written at different times and by different people. We’re gradually cleaning this up and making everything easier to understand.
Regarding the 2-day processing time, our US warehouse is in Los Angeles, but orders still need to be processed and forwarded to the warehouse team before they are packed and shipped. Normally it takes around 1–2 business days. Products stocked in the US ship domestically, while some other products are shipped directly from China.
And yes, I admit our HerbCloud product names have become a little confusing. 
The Pockety HerbCloud and Crown Titan are different models, and we probably need to do a better job explaining the differences on the website.
Once you receive your Crown Titan on Saturday, feel free to share your experience here — good or bad. Feedback from actual users is extremely helpful to us, and if you have any questions about setup, temperature, loading, or anything else, I’ll be happy to help.
