My previous post history in FC regarding customer service is hot and cold. I’ve always read their responses as through the most filtered of marketing/legal/customer friendly language possible, for better or worse. And I will call things as I see it and not placate anyone for the sake of my truth… we are all worth more than that.
I still see “we will be shipping out over the next couple of weeks” which is in line with what they said at the start I just wish it was more direct. There’s a limit to kind language for me, lol.

Flaske should be here today at some point. I believe they are usually here around 4pm or so. Here’s hoping she shows up ASAP. She went out for delivery at 10am.

Mine hasn’t got an update for going on 6 days now.
I’m hoping it’s one of those times that the tracking just isn’t getting updated. Out for delivery might be the next update. The waiting is the hardest part.

I hope so, some sort of scan to tell me it hasn’t vanished would be encouraging though. Come on UPS, YOU CAN DO IT! Waiting for shipping is admittedly not a strength for me.

Tafee definitely communicates in a formal and somewhat obtuse manner, but I do find their communications informative. I agree that it would’ve been nice to know more specifics about what was likely to happen and what the actual problem was with the international shipping. All in all, we were informed about possible delays. And lets face it— the few of us on this particular topic are impatient fanatics lol!!
