I’ve been messing around with the Ti and SS cores a lot since my last comment . I really like both of them for different reasons
The SS core has been in my standard T2 for a couple of weeks - if you want to use it for mouth to lung or several DTL hits you will be in for a treat!
85w x45 seconds in the YLL will give you good results. I can get about 12 small puffs using medium bowl setting, and one cycle pretty much finishes off the bowl.
The Ti has been in my upgraded T1. It performs similar zirconia but gives a more stony buzz. It’s nice for DTL and performs great in a bong
I’ve been using the Ti core in the T2 for the past couple of weeks since someone mentioned somewhere about the increased airflow through the cap. I’m definitely digging it for that reason and will be sticking with it. Closing the carb more often. It’s behaving pretty similar (heat & retention) to the 3mm zircs that are my preferred bead so not much difference there imo. Nice change up
I have changed the stock balls in the T2 and use the titanium heater core now. Feels a bit more conductive and less tasty. Not going to change it back. Makes me even more interested in the SS T2s with a SS core now.
