Any idea when these are expected to be ready
I placed my pre-order on July 6th. I completely understand wait times, but closing in on two months with no update beyond the adapter kit being delayed is a little baffling. And I didn’t even pre-order the kit… I only got the FMJ and black zirc insert…

This question probably applies to a lot of devices, but I tend to push my UB from time to time and as a result, my bowls all have black/gray stains on the glass screen. Salt, alcohol, in an ultrasonic cleaner doesn’t seem to be doing it. They seem a bit fragile to try torching them off.
Don’t torch them unless you want to snap those fragile glass screens from uneven heat. To get that baked-on carbon crust off safely, ditch the alcohol and pick up a hot water soak with PBW (Powdered Brewery Wash) or sodium percarbonate. Let the bowls sit in that hot solution for an hour so the oxygen action can break down the carbonized bonds, then gently work the stubborn spots with a wooden toothpick. Follow that up with a hot water rinse, and the glass will look clear again without taking a torch to it.

Dark crystal glass cleaner is also excellent and quick but needs to be warmed to work best
I have Dark Crystal I think, and the ultrasonic cleaner has heat. Should you add salt to dark crystal?

Seconded! When the v2 glass bowls first released I broke mine doing that on day one. That was over a year ago now and have not been able to replace domestically in Canada ever since. Vapenorth told me they were going to stock them “next bulk order” but then shut down weeks later and sneaky Pete went on hiatus from the business.
Lesson learned the hard way as usual lol
The Dark Crystal did work eventually, but I’m glad I had spares. I soaked them in an ultrasonic cleaner in solution with the heat on. The timer maxes out at 480 seconds, so every time I went in the kitchen I would shake and restart. By bedtime they looked brand new.
