3D printed accessories?

I hope this is the place for this? I could decide if here or “Community Lounge” would be the place.

3D printers are becoming more common, and a search of most of the sites brings up a number of weed and vape related devices from water pieces to carburetors, to scoops, to pokers and more weed containers than you poke a stick at. Many are worthless, but some are quite useful or at least fun.

Do you have any 3D printed stuff you like?

These are my most used. The scoop was actually a sugar scoop I scaled down to fit in my grinder when I’m out. The bigger piece is a weed loading tool originally designed for a Frolic, but I use it in my S&B vapes and AVLP2. I like a looser pack in my Frolic. BTW- Neither of these were my own design, and I think both were from Makerworld.

I have also printed a number of grinders. They work amazingly well, but I do have some concerns about micro plastics so don’t use them. I have printed several bongs/bubblers that work well, but 3D prints don’t clean well in my experience, so they are disposable. Great for taking out with you though because who cares if Bobby breaks a bong I can print again.

I have also used the printer to make size adapters so I can use my 14mm WPAs in my 10mm bong.

Battery cases and dosing capsule carriers..

Do you have a favorite printed accessory?

The low profile TPU cases from Delta 3D Srudios are my jam. I’ve also printed a bunch of double-ended capsule holders in PLA, myself.

I was going to make a separate post, so this works great!

I just finished a project for a magnetic dock and sesh station for the simrell n3rdglass Sherlock. Very happy with how it has turned out, the Sherlock can be rotated 180 degrees to get the mouthpiece out of the way when not in use. I am clumsy, and it has saved me from breakage many times, bouncing back when smacked lol

It holds two cooling stands, a cooling station, a bent dab tool to act as a debowler, S&B brush slot, crossing tech mini scoop, a dynagrynd/dynabank, the simrell thermostat tool, and a 10mm adapter.

The files are free, the glass base diameters vary so you might have to pad it with some silicone if yours is on the smaller side of the natural range.

Ive printed mostly trays, funnels and misc organizers on my P2S, havent modelled anything yet but having fun printing and using stuff and they refining and using better filament.

Like current project is this test couch tray for patio tv remote + minimal sesh tools. Now i need to figure out what filament to make it more uv/outdoor proof.

I also designed and printed this stand for the Ronxs/Cadrim dual flame torch. I knocked mine over constantly with the small base.

It works far better than I even hoped, insanely stable. Just friction fits, and has a hole for the butane fill valve. I liked it enough to add a teeny drop of super glue just to lock it in place semi-permanently, but not needed.

Aside from capsule storage and the like, my favorite prints so far are these green hose clips and the orange glass adapter for the S&B Volcano Hybrid whip.

We also have a dosing capsule cleaning station that we printed out. Couldn’t imagine our workflow without it.

Not my photo but these are great for making sure you don’t spill your rubies.

I make feet for my glasrigs.
What started as a small TPU-Ring to not drop glaspieces on glastables^, evolved into huge feet that give my rigs perfect stability, up to a point where i can walk into them without them falling over.

Stands for (cold) Bangers

ABS Case with TPU inlay for tabletopbong.
