So basically I have a Stickybrick Jr and the intake got broken. I have been using a regular straight intake (i also have a bent but not the right length) so I cant close it up and would like to … anyone know where i can find one? POTV is sold out and so is Stickybrick and I believe vgoodies too
If I were you I would contact Stickybrick directly and tell them you have that vape and need an intake. Seems like they wouldn’t want you out posting online that you have a Brick that you can’t get a replacement intake for. That wouldmake others less likely to want to buy one, if getting a simple glass intake is going to be a hassle.
Edit oh I think I might have miss understood. They have intakes available but just not the one you want. That’s a different story.
yeah I did contact them and ask about one. he said he has lost his glass blower and is hunting for a new place to source the glass. he suggested he might have one that’s second quality around but I never heard back again. It is still in use at the moment with another intake but it just cant be closed up and pocketed thats all
I found what I imagine anyone can find… a list on Google, which I will add as a footnote. I do recall that the ORIGINAL owner/inventor of the StickyBrick had issues, with a partner doing something unscrupulous, causing him to let the company go. It was a very sad story. To the best of my recollection the current Sticky Brick owner is not the original maker. I was good friends with him on FC before and after he had to move on to other projects.
Sadly I have a TBI and lose info “upstairs”. I cannot remember his details, but we were in regular contact, and I would find him on FC… and even helped him with some new developments in wooden units with glass intake and flame, under a new undeveloped company name. With FC gone I cannot find him. I cannot even give him feedback on a device I had been testing for him, when FC vanished. I think his name may be Kenny.
Intentionally fuzzy (sworn to secrecy)undisclosed new project by ORIGINAL Sticky Bricks Maker.
I am looking through my Zoom contacts, and Google Meet, because we had a number of video meetings as I learned from him after he began developing his new enterprise. I have upgraded my computer and cannot find things, or recall on which video platform we had our meet-ups.!
SO… My advice is that you try to go on Instagram, and perhaps the man who can help you is: https://www.instagram.com/triihousecompany/
And now the footnote with everything I found on Google:
thanks! i will definitely look into the new stuff from the original Brick guy! it looks like all the places in north america are sold out and i doubt the UK shops will ship to me but am very grateful for the resources you provided! thanks for hooking me up with all that info and links bro! this place is fantastic
One more thing…
@EdsTnT is a genius! If he can get this made, I bet he knows where to source the glass you want!
To the best of my knowledge Kenny is the current owner of Sticky Brick Labs, has been for many years now. The original owner you mentioned couldn’t make the business work, or were unable to continue. I believe the original owner had a device called the Daisy? I don’t believe any devices carried over from the original.
Kenny has seemed to step back from the public presence he had pre Covid.
@Vitolo Troy, myself and others here have been in contact with Kenny if you need his contact info. Been a couple years since I talked to him personally but he’s still around to the best of my knowledge.
he responded to me on the SB website and said he’s having supply issues with the part I need but hopefully he will get it all worked out
