oh it fits into the YLL? how does that work with the insert? theres enough space to insert it deep enough?
You should remove the insert for sure. I was looking at the comments on the Crown discussions… apparently they melt… Other than that. you can run it in the YLL. You can run it all the way thru though…I have been holding mine above the bottom about a 1/4" or 1 cm depending on if I am feeling continental.It will run at like 80watts You can get vapor at 60sec. I prefer sipping my way up to finish in 30 sec goes at a time. The M is impressive “Stoogie” sized sugar daddy…It can be a drain on some batteries. Be comfortable and not overly confident these batteries can be a whole lot to deal with even without herbal comforts.

I tried the old version and it didn’t work but I think I’m going to order a new version to try with all of my IHs.
That’s awesome. I am loving the BAKm on the Z stems and all the others. It’s cool to be able to go from X to M in the same peice(s).Really amazing for hunting terps and temps.
Please let me know what you find works well. I know it can be a hungry resistance.
The heat distributes really well. I have been playing with depth vs battery life. So far the half dip in 30secs is the least draining. Might be my math is subjective at this point… But it works

Glad to hear the heat spreads well, curious if it is it still necessary to rotate it when heating with a torch?

I rotate outta Dyna Habbit I guess. The foil layer adds a bit to the torch not bad… like a couple secs here and there. I give the bowl a couple secs and it catches up well after it is warmed up. I found it more noticable in the low temp terps, and after the bowl gets that balance between conductive and convective forces… That’s what makes me smile. That is why BAK roasts even whole nugs nice. You control the force. Listen to your inner Yoda!
