The BAKx (“Bake All Kinds”) is a 510-threaded heating attachment for dry herb, hash, and concentrates, created by FC community member Lamart.
It utilizes conduction, convection, and radiant heat for a hybrid heating method.
This vape screws onto any compatible 510 TC mod (DNA, Tubo, and others) and uses a glass bowl inside a stainless heater chamber. The entirely glass vapor path produces clean, potent hits — soak the herb to temperature then draw. Sold in limited drops direct from the maker; pricing and availability vary.
My newest setup, the cable works but is not quite as nice as the lamart ones. Its not as flexible. This mod is a beast though, loving the number of bowls I can get with it.
Love the rig and the whole setup!!! I have my BAKx coming… Do you still have the green Omni? Great to see you here. Is that the AVS cable? I went with a similar setup. I am grateful for your post here. The silicone (glow in the dark) stand was from the same company ,and it fit my mod box well enough. The dunking station is a 100% bonus and should work a charm. Thank you for your share and; I hope my setup rocks as well as yours. I got a dual coil straw coming as well. I’m guessing by your configuration you are vaping dry herb?I bought some glass for bangers as well as dry herb.
Cool Man, Yup this one rocks, I don’t have a green omni though, must have mixed me up with someone else. It is an AVS cable, I have a lamart cable as well on my original Bakx that I got in the second drop 3 years ago now, like I said the lamart cable is a bit more flexable so I like it a bit better but this AVS one matches this mod so well. I vape flower and hash, I have to buy myself a press before I can vape rosin but I did get a banger so I can at some point. Great to see you getting all set up.
I’m pretty happy that I went with the light blue chord… I set her to 480F and this stem rocks it to whatever color abv I wish. Pulled the bowl and got a fantastic toasty blonde… Double checked running the UB over what remained… Couldn’t even fill a dry herb catcher at the end… I have two more stems to set up and play with plus two bangers and a banger pipe… Such a magical pipe piece… I will play with rosin tomorrow or Sunday… Probably Sunday… No telling how long I play today… Got a tour at the Dynavap coming up as well… Looks good so far… That’s what the guy yelled on his way down… TY for the reply
I just picked up the Curly Tasmanian Blackwood from the auction yesterday, looking forward to receiving it! Any tips, tricks, etc would be welcome as well as any box mod recommendations! A lot of the DNAC models are sold out online.
Well, the mod selection is abysmal currently. I found a Hadron Mini DNA100C at elementvape and got a couple other items to use the memorial day promo. Mod sorted, but far from the ones I really wanted (Thelema DNA100C/250C, Theron 2, etc) that would look really nice with the blackwood.
In addition to the BAKx, from Lamart I did pick up a 18mm 1.0 thickness indented WPA and 18mm autospinner u banger along with the screen maker, vape wool, and the stainless steel bowl along with an extra glass bowl. Since it comes with the 14mm wpa and a vortex stem I think I have enough to cover most experiences I might enjoy using it for. I wish they had some of the 510 cables available though like I’ve seen in some user pics and videos online.
I’m still learning though and it’s overwhelming trying to figure out what is what and what you need vs want or think you want looking at the options on there. I still don’t get what a banger pipe does vs a regular stem, for example.

My first session last night wrecked me, very impressed!
I need to get used to the idea of removing the stem to ride the line because I left it in there too long toward the end and got a nudge into combustion I think. Flower all came right out and the stem looks brand new still which surprised me.
Thats the first time in I don’t know how long just one session/bowl sedated me enough to sleep. It was beautiful
Now I need accessories. And maybe another BAKx because it feels little more fragile than I expected.
This topic is more dead than I would expect having tried the BAKx a few times now. Do not many members have it still? That would be fair, since I didn’t know anything about it until not long ago.
This thing is nuts! Anyone without one needs one, full stop.
For those that are here, any stem recommendations?
I’ve had great flavor before but never has it felt like a full course anywhere close to something quite like this! I thought I was a convection bitch but this just made me turn my head.
…Bakx is not a convection device imo, but heavy conduction.
