Friends - I got a e-nano nxt log and absolutely love it!!! Received it last week and within a day it became my main device. This weekend I noticed a crack in it. I called and emailed epicvape, but have received no response. But I do know that it was a holiday weekend. Is this crack a normal development and is epicvape good about warranty service?

E-nano has been around for a long time and AFAIK they’re pretty good about taking care of people. They are small team, though, so holiday weekends could definitely cause a slow down.
I think it’s only a 2-person team these days
