I have been enjoying mine as-well but I know some struggle. I have been using this as my night time vape recently and using this method below. Anyone else have any other YLL 3.0 settings they like?
I Set the Rubber Flush with the Glass tube.
Set Temp to 60w / 30sec
I pack the bowl almost full but loose leave a little more than a hairline to the lip around the rim.
I don’t pat it down let stay fluff in there. Screw cap on.
Set opening to half way open, From the mouth piece.
The Click disks usually click as I am picking up the device from the YLL

On my unit, the click is “pretty accurate.” Both 80w/20s and 60/30s will get me close. I have, lately, been pulling a puff or two at about the 10-12 second mark and immediately putting it back in so that it heat builds over and over. About four times can completely exhaust a bowl and its the entire terp profile.

I tried your recommendation. Worked pretty well. My lungs are a little weaker and I had to dial it down to 90W for 25 seconds.
Thanks for the video reviews too. They have been very helpful for me on the last 3 vapes I purchased. The Punch V2 which is one of my favorites, the V2 Tempest, and the titanium Simrell

Hey all. Love, love the Dani Punch v2, but have a question about their so-called “microdose mode”. Per BFG’s website:
Enhanced Capacity: Now with a 1.5x larger bowl size and a dedicated microdose mode for personalized sessions.
I see no explanation of how this is done, so can’t figure it out…does anyone have any insight? Should the screen be pushed up to make the bowl smaller? Or do I just put less in the bowl, tamp, and then partake? That wouldn’t be much of a “mode” to me, but…

When I dug into this when I first got it I wondered the same. turns out default is the micro bowl and pushing/bending screen you can get the larger capacity. Very misleading and not clear anywhere only on like one or two sites from when I looked it up. add my follow up on device. For me the Name does it justice. I get punched IN THE FACE when I rip it for sure. May not be the best flavor of vapor but the extraction is thorough and of course Punches like I said.

Hey man, thanks so much for confirming I’m not too dumb in trying to figure this out. I kinda figured this was gonna be the answer, and it’s good to get confirmation that I’m not the only one who had this question.
But again, great device, it’s all I’ve been using since picking it up last month. Really love how the first hit is nice and terpy, and as I usually don’t have a lot of time for my sessions, I appreciate how fast to click it gets, as well as the clouds it produces, with thorough extraction.

I use it mostly with the Ispire Wand. For the Wand, I take out any depth gauge. The lip on the glass liner is what I use as the depth gauge and rest the bottom of the heater cap against it when heating. Sometimes, I twist it around and sometimes I don’t - I don’t think it makes a difference, but it gives me sometime to do so I actually pay attention to the clicks, lol!
With the wand, I run it on auto heat mode and pull it either right on the 2nd click or up to 4-5 flashes after (depends on the strain or if I’m just wanting a heavier hit). I hit it pretty long and slow, sometimes until the first cooling click. The vapor from this first hit depends entirely on how far past the 2nd click I let it run. Usually, I go for a lighter, terpy hit.
After that first hit, I reheat for at least 2 flashes past the 2nd click (depending on how much of an extraction I got from the first hit. If it was pretty light, I’m going to try and put a little more heat into it.) This usually results in a thick, heavy-ass hit that I sometimes have to pull off of while still maintaining decent flavor. Sometimes, I go in for a third/final hit, but I find that most of the time, the bowl was already crushed on that 2nd wand hit.

Yeah I’ve found this as well. Tasty first hit and then a dense cloud on hit two to kill it.

How is it with a torch? No ih yet and not worried about butane (quality stuff burns down to CO2 and water)
