DaVinci IQ3

Quick summary: DaVinci’s first major IQ update since the original IQ launched in 2016 — a larger chamber, removable 21700 battery, and a 10-year warranty are the headline changes. The conduction-only approach at $300 is the main point of debate against hybrid vapes at this price.

Questions and things to find out over time:

  • Real battery life with a 21700 — does 90 min hold at higher temps?
  • How does the 0.7g chamber affect efficiency for microdosers?
  • App stability and actual feature set vs. what’s advertised?

Just got my iq3 recently and liking it so far. Still testing it as far as different paths, dozing capsules, volume spacers, etc. what’s your favorite way to use it?

How does it compare to a pax plus as both use devices uses conduction as heating way.
Im curious about more info seems high quality. However Ive seen on reddit people saying that the vapour pathway isn’t as clean because some rubber behind the core.
Happy to hear more feedback

The only Pax I’ve used is the Pax4. The build quality on Pax And IQ3 are great. Pax immediately gets into Vapor production IQ3 Takes a Bit to get Into the sweet spot of Vapor Production. iQ3 has much cooler air flow and Vapor tho. And yes there is a Small O ring that keeps both pieces of the cool core together on the IQ3. Hope this helps
