This is a DIY guide on how to create your own Polar Blast bong-tumbler. It’s a great standing-pipe rig. My latest iteration operates as a dry piece with 12mm marbles to fill the tumbler instead of water. I’ve also upgraded to a Stick Brick Labs Runt mouthpiece which I highly recommend.
Sick of carrying a vaporizer, a bong, and a drink around? So was I! That’s why I ripped off, I mean “was inspired by”, the Polar Blast design and made my own to merge them. It turned out pretty neat.
Use a 14mm vaporizer in the downstem and the mouthpiece in the smaller grommet to hit the tumbler like a bong.
Use the mouthpiece in the downstem to drink the beverage.
The tumbler’s insulation keeps cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot.
Warning: bong does not work well when filled with carbonated beverages.

- Tumbler 12:oz
- 9cm/3.54" bamboo lid
- 1/2" inner diameter grommet
- 18mm inner diameter grommet
- Food grade RTV silicone sealant
- Glass mouthpiece 14mm male
- 3.5" downstem 14mm
