General impressions:

Hot knife tools have become increasingly popular because they simplify concentrate loading and dramatically reduce mess during sessions. The Drop focuses on portability and convenience while offering the core functionality most users want from a heated dab tool.

One feature I personally really like is the dual heat setting system. If you double click the button it activates a lower heat mode, which works especially well for dealing with different types of concentrates. Softer extracts, sauces, or rosins can behave very differently than harder waxes or shatter, so having the ability to use a lower temperature helps avoid overheating thinner concentrates while still giving enough heat for thicker materials.

I also really like the magnetic cap design. The cap sticks securely to the opposite end of the device while you’re using it, which sounds simple but actually makes a big difference in day to day use because it helps prevent losing the cap during sessions.

Compared to a traditional metal dab tool, the heated ceramic tip makes transferring sticky concentrates noticeably easier and cleaner, especially when loading smaller atomizer chambers or portable devices. The overall experience feels much more refined and convenient for regular concentrate use.

great OP! I use this thing religiously. And I only just discovered the magnetic spot on the bottom for the cap.

I have two! Love them.

I don’t think I’ve charged them more than twice.
