If I am new to vaporizing which vaporizer should I buy, and what temps should I set

These are questions many off you have already heard and are important to spread knowledge about to new users.

If you are a bong ripper a vaporizer that works easy with a bong is the best idea. On a budget Xmax V4 pro, not on a budget Arizer solo 3 v2. Set temp higher than 200 C (392 F) to max temp and rip that thing.

If you are a joint or blunt smoker. On a budget POTV One or POTV Lobo (HR Rogue or HR Fury, in Europe Wolkenkraft Aris, Fenix pro, they all resemble) maybe another (cooling) stem there are many choices. Not on a budget S&B Venty. Start at about 180 C to 185 C (355 F to 365 F) take slow not to longue draws so the flavor rest a long time, enjoy, untill almost no more vapor left than set temp to 193 C to 199 C (380 F to 390 F) to finish.

This is my humble opinion to have a good start off your journey in the world of vaporizers.

As a general rule you do get what you pay for in the vaporizer world. Don’t make the same mistake I made and started trying to vape on the cheap. It nearly sent me back to smoking. My Tinymight 2 saved the day. Venty also a good performer for session mode, versatility and repeatability which is real important for me as a medical user. I guess the answer depends on how you are planning to use the device and the experience you are looking for. Thats the great thing about vaping - you get to choose an experience because everything is under control - unlike smoking which is kind of binary.

You have a valid point, I share your opinion about better don’t try to vape on the cheap. I also did make that mistake. But not everybody has the budget to start with a vaporizer like the Tinymight 2 I remember my first one, I was just curious what vaping was all about. I gave it away after a few weeks and bought a good one. So the cheaper options have their place

@Sabina The flip side of that is the number of folks that buy that POS smoke shop vape, and spend the rest of their lives talking about how they tried it once and it sucked.

More importantly to many is that I easily spent more on crap vapes than what the Mighty+ that got me off combustion cost. Today we have decent vapes at $100, maybe less.

That’s why I started this thread, so that people who are new to vaporizers don’t make the same mistakes lot’s of us did. After my first mistake I bought a S&B Crafty that served me well many years and I didn’t went back to smoking

V4 pro is great the POTV one mine tastes like burnt electronics tried reviewing one but POTV never bothered responding to my request for a new one. Pretty much ended any shopping I do with them same thing happened with my Bowle 2 doa and Tafee took care of it. Idk what changed with POTV but last year customer service has been shit

Just once I had a problem with a vaporizer, the original mighty. S&B send me a new one right away. Btw I like your channel, even if your vaping style is opposite of mine

Big shoutout to the Northernhigh channel and Preston the dog

Appreciate it, the style of vaping really makes whether a review fits a person but I watch a few reviewers that vape differently always appreciate the insight. Just for me if its to light its a struggle to want to use it
