Did anybody tried it yet?

Too expensive for what it is. In general, Utilian is overpriced, not so great stuff.
that was probably me. It’s ok first rip is kinda light each hit after gets denser and can get up and punch pretty hard. Flavor loss diminishes rapidly after first 2 hits tastes like Boundless CFX to me. At 320 little pricey considering you can get a Venty for around the same price tastes better hits a little less hard
Hey there! Yep. It was you. Great job on the vid, by the way. I already have a Venty, tinymight 2, ball vape, and taffeta Bowle two. So I think I’ll just stick with what I’ve got! Thanks again for a very informative video.

Possible but unlikely I’m kind of out on the TM2 since the Frolic came out Id like to see the battery life addressed. If I could get one at a good price I might but I self fund 90% of my reviews so kind of try to pick and choose my battles. Great lineup btw

My device was defective. The battery only lasted for about 15 minutes at 345 F. I contacted Tvape and after sending them two videos, they agreed to replace the unit. They want me to etch an X on both sides of the old unit. I am disabled so I can’t do that. They insisted so I asked why. If they’re sending me a new unit and this one is defective what are they concerned that I’m going to continue using it!?
Anyway, I told him twice I can’t do it and they should send me a return label and I’ll send back the defective unit. Seems pretty dumb.
I bought it directly from T Vape and paid $287. So it’s about 50 bucks less than the Venty. if I had to choose between the two, I agree it’s clearly the Venty.
What kind of ridiculous ask is that? Carving an X with a sharp object?

This is a typical policy when companies don’t need the defective product returned. It protects them from fraud. Some people will say their vape is bad, get another one, and sell the used one or give it to a friend.
I figured that was the strategy, but I already sent them videos and they concluded that the unit was defective.
also, I don’t think they should treat everyone the same. I have purchased at least four of their devices over time so they ought to be able to conclude that I’m not perpetrating a fraud.
I get that bit…but there’s gotta be a better way. I’d be weary of the customer accidentally stabbing or cutting themselves and suing lol.
I’ve seen companies accept a magic marker as appropriate defacement.
Thanks I’m going to suggest that to them if they persist I asked Tvape to elevate my warranty case to a manager.
The elevated to a manager and will not accept the magic marker. They did send me a prepaid return label, but only upon request. That should’ve been automatic, considering this is a warranty claim within the first month.
Well, there will be no holiday card from me TVape!!
