PAX Mini — 2025 revision

The Mini 2 is the best product in the current lineup. I think what the Pax provides is misunderstood a lot by the community, at least on Reddit. It’s a conduction sipper that can extend a bowl over a long 20 min + session. Your breath or inhale has little to do with the actual vapor production as shown by the bong performance. This is not a vape that will sit you down with the sweats in a chair, but it definitely has it’s place.’

I just finished a video on the Pax lineup and it’s hard not to put the mini at the top.

I think if you’re a Pax lover, the Mini 2 is what you know and love. The Flow and the 4 seem to be devices maybe better aimed at someone with no pre conceived notions about what a ‘Pax’ typically provides.

I think pax vapes might just have the best form factor out of any vape. I have a real soft spot for these little things. They have a unique vape signature that’s heavy in a particular way. Very nice

I’ve just found that I need to have a very low tolerance for it to be able to get me properly stoned. Curious to try out the mini though

Low tolerance definitely helps. The other “big” vapes can extract that entire load over 1 or 2 monster hits. The mini can hold half a gram, but you’re not getting that giant rush of Terps and THC like you are with other vapes.

Which in turn makes it unique as one of the few pure conduction vapes left and also makes it misunderstood by people coming from combustion especially in my opinion.

Excellent points. It’s a very different use case for a Pax compared with say a ball vape, that’s for sure!

The long pax sessions can be great, I used to sit there an absent mindedly puff on a pax while doing stuff on the computer. These days I prefer a one and done

Just did a side by side with my IQ3 and a Pax 4. Pax gets into the heavy vapor immediately the IQ3 Takes a few rips to start getting there. But the Vapor temp on IQ3 is way cooler and smoother than the Pax. The Pax Vapor was much warmer and more harsh IMO. It was surprising side by side

Every time I side-by-side pax and DaVinci I like the DaVinci vapor better.

The only time I’ve tried a DaVinci was a few years ago, a friend of mine bought one but it would never charge. I’ll grab another sooner or later.

Just got a mini 2. Already own a flow.

I love the mini 2. The flow is also great (once you get the loose pack down) but I’m loving how the mini 2 is like my old pax 3 that i had, just smaller size. Getting great clouds and long sessions.

It’s really great for extended sessions. I was sipping mine on the first petal last night while watching tv.

My soul dies a little with every use of one of these

It has a very specific use case of “let me load a bunch of herb to slowly medicate on pure conduction”

Which typically isn’t how I partake, as you know.

I typically like a one hit extraction, but this one specific use case has kept me not throwing it in a drawer like the “Wulf” or the lake, like the Flow!

When it comes to conduction I prefer the starry over the Pax line.
