Tafee Flaske

One possibility, future possibility, is the availability for purchase of a new stem. This could allow for a better fit although it could just as easily go sideways?

if Tafee gets $65+ for TB2 stems can you imagine what a Flaske stem would run? Ima guess along the lines of $135.

Another option, if possible, swap in a stem from a friends Flaske and see if that fits any better?

I have always been a hold the button throughout my hit guy with the Bowle and Flaske. I just tried the tap way and it buzzes/shows green in half the time. It’s as fast as my Bowle like that. Anyone else notice this?

It’s a little inconsistent, but I would say it is definitely faster and sometimes even twice as fast.

So I received my replacement flaske. The fit and finish are poor! Even though I specifically asked them twice to make sure that the new base unit matched fit and finish with my old stem which they were sending me back.

What do you think? Is this “normal tolerance”

for a $600 vaporizer!??

It’s obvious the company doesn’t give a shit about the customers anymore. I am so glad I was able to cancel my order. If I got something that looked like that for as much money as they’re charging, I would’ve been so damn pissed.

It looks better than mine. But, only you know if it’s good enough for you. The stem not having a flush seam with the body bothers me, but mine is like that, so I assumed all were. That’s not an assembly or fit issue, at least it doesn’t look like it.

I mean it definitely is given it looks way worse than in their own photos or many other models

This is a good catch. Here’s mine to compare, where the marks are more obvious on the main unit although clearly visible on the stem still

Greetings Everyone,

It has been weeks that I have been using the Flaske…and still, I am so in love with it. I only use this daily. The flavor is just amazing to me…when, I want a more zen feeling I just turn to my Vapman’s who just give me another feeling that is sublime.\

The Flaske is also so SIMPLE to operate. If you are a patient like I am this is a very big deal. I just am very thankful to have it.

Cheers!

Easy to operate. Easy to clean. Great performance.

I had a friend at work take a few hits and immediately after break came in and went directly to the Tafee website. He was very impressed.

Greetings, I forgot to mention the grinder and how it does all the work…I cannot handle anything more complicated…so, this is just a perfect vape for me.

I suffered my first drop today, from ~3ft onto tarmac as I was stupidly juggling too many things in my hands. On the one hand I’m glad I made the decision to always use the case when out, but as for the state of the case…

Oh dear. Not a great sign for its long term durability but I suppose it gives it some character?

ooooo dammmmm

Glad the case took the brunt of the damage at least. No signs of trauma to the vape itself?

That sucks, but thank goodness you had that case on! I would much rather buy a new case then have to replace the Flaske. Looks like the case did its job well. :victory_hand:

Ouch!

We need real leather as it would just add a cool scuff.

Has @LBKomp got a 3D replica yet?

No everything’s fine fortunately. The case stayed shut, stem was still firmly in place, I was halfway through a bowl and when I pulled the stem out to check it, no sign of anything having touched the heater. Still working just the same as before

I wonder who will be the first to do a teardown video of one of these bad boys lol… curious to see the inside.

My Flaske has so many marks and scuffs on it now because it’s my main portable when I’m out and about and I really hate the case (esp because I’m left-handed - so I take the stem out with the Flaske facing backwards compared to most people - and the case gets in the way). Hopefully there’ll be a better case one day, but until then, I do love the character!

Tbh the only aspect of the package I didn’t like was the grinder found it hard to operate (I have bad hands for context).Zero grip relative to other grinders I currently own.Smooth where I needed knurling or similar to be.:woman_shrugging:

Other than that nothing I could really call a complaint.
