Tinymight 2

Gotta show some love for the Tinymight 2. I got this vaporizer about a year ago mainly because I wanted a convection vape to replace my old LSV. It’s become my favorite vaporizer. I can successfully extract a bowl within five minutes or so. I still love my others (Dynavap, solo2, Air 2) I occasionally use the conduction feature, but I prefer convection.
using it dry is pretty good, but I prefer it with a bubbler. Big hits!

Agreed! I love me a Tinymight 2!

The TM2 is still my #1 DHV. My Frolic is getting close but still hasn’t been able to knock it out of my top spot. I know the battery life is a negative for a lot of people but all my portables that have replaceable batteries have a spare in its case so battery life is a non-issue for me. It’s all about the performance and flavor with the TM2 for me making it a clear favorite in this regard.

Thats a good point about the battery. It doesn’t last super long, but it’s not the worst. I need to pick up a spare battery…. oh and more baskets.

I go back and forth between the TM2 and the Tafee TB2. I like them both equally, but sometimes I geek out on one and ignore the other for a while.

I had been on the TB2, but had to send it in for some work. It’s not much of an issue when a Tinymight is your back-up. I have a bunch of glassware as accessories, but I always go back to the rocket stem that Vgoodez and sneakypete sell. It looks a little funny, but for $25 you get a lot of cooling.

I also recommend a dual battery charger so you can rotate between 18650s without issue or delay.

I concur completely. I have a 3 spare batteries for it and always have two fully charged backups. I love my TM2 with the Missle stem that VGoodies and POTV carry. I just received my replacement battery for the Frolic so I should get a good comparison of how many bowls I get from it compared to the TM2.

Big fan of the TM2. Recently picked up the Black Walnut, that is the primary now, and the '22 - TM2 is now a back up. It’s like shooting pool with a 21 oz stick… I can sip or slam and the terps rock…

I think the dual battery charger is a great idea. I could buy two more batteries and the charger and be set. Where is the best place to order those? vgoodies?

This is how I use the TM2 99% of the time. Old DHgate bubbler. It does well dry too, but I usually use my Air2 for that.

I got mine on RVS in UK for £15/$20

However what I noticed is that it charges 1 battery much faster than it does if you put 2 in. I do not know if all charger are like this and tbh it does not bother me. Just make sure if you have more than 2 battery to rotate their use. Maybe use a marker and put 1 2 and 3 on the batteries.

I have 3 batteries for my TM2 and wish it was just 2 so could just use 1 charge 1.

Interesting. I suppose I could just buy two batteries and charge them with the Tinymight. Just keep them charged and rotated.

With the new Black Walnut TM2, it came with a single charger and a spare 30a battery. The '22 TM 2, has a 26a battery. Now I have 3 batteries, 2x30a, and 1 x 26a.

Question: are these batteries fully interchangeable between the older unit and the newer “upgraded electronics” unit?

Having a spare has proven to be convenient.

That’s a good question, hopefully someone will chime in with the answer. This is the battery that came with mine:

The warning is likely for self protection from certain claims.

The double 18650 chargers are very inexpensive, and they are plentiful.

POTV has the batteries for a good price.

18650battery.com is my go to.
I have the cheapest Nitecore 2 battery charger they sell and it’s worked well for years. I keep 3 batteries in a constant cycle when using my TM2.

I have dozens of single battery chargers for the 18650. I use them in two outlets to charge two at once. I thought I had lost my good charger, but just located it. It is the UltraFire HXY-H2. UltraFire H2 Smart Battery Charger - 2-SLOTS | US/EU STANDARD | 4.2V

It cost $13 when I got it. It’s close to $30 now!

I’ve got So much love for the TM2. Most often I run with a sidecar J-hook shitsnacks turned me on to several years ago. I love the wood and metal and glass and analog dial. No plastic to be found. Feels solid in the hand and performs like an old school muscle car.

The TM2 is still my undisputed #1 portable. I really enjoy the Frolic a lot (my clear #2) but it still cannot match the taste and punch I get from the TM2, it isn’t even close for me.

I’m running Molicel P30B in my TM2 and it helps. They’re better for high voltage applications and providing a more consistent power output throughout the battery cycle.

(IE, not as weak on purple and lower as can happen with the 26/28s)
