VEAZY by Storz & Bickel

Quick summary: S&B’s most affordable portable to date — compact, simpler, and slower to heat than the Venty, but running the same hybrid heating approach and app connectivity. It’s not a Venty replacement…the air flow is not as open. The Veazy is more like a Crafty+ replacement.

Anyone have this vape? Do you use it much?

I still really like the vape - but the difference in flavor keeps me from grabbing it. I love the size and colors.

I’m a convert on the no screen interface, too. It’s how I use my Venty these days.

I picked one of these up around the first of the year to use as my go to portable.
I don’t have need for a portable very often and have only used it a few times since my initial receipt. An upgrade over the Tera I had been using when I needed portability.
As the first S&B product that I have owned I have been pleased with the fit and finish along with the fairly easy to use form factor. Setup my preferred temps in the app and saved them on the device, meaning the app isn’t necessary for those adjustments.
While shopping their site I came across the dosing capsules that I have heard many people swear by, so I picked up a pack. After trying it with and without capsules briefly my initial reaction was that they seemed worth the additional effort needed. Making changing bowls on the go super easy and discreet. Also keeping cleanup almost nonexistant.

So far I am happy with my purchase.

As as side note, if you like using the capsules the keychain that holds like 4 or 5 is a must have.

I have one in pink and I love it! Favorite dry herb vape I have tried so far! Took it to Raggae Rise up Fl and it was the perfect vibe.

No pass-through charging, need to setup through your phone to adjust settings (and not even an app, a webpage app), and though other S&B offerings are more expensive, the “fun factor” of the colours isnt enough to redeem this device, unfortunately.

I should add that S&B are the only devices with the best capsule system. I really like the new Arizer Go SRT but its capsule system is a bit quirky, like the screens falling out of the capsules when you go to clear them out.

On FC, I committed to buying one once they got to $150; in March, I had an opportunity to get one for $160 new, so I bit.

I’ll comment more later, but I wanted to share a few observations:

Change the screen in the mouthpiece to the coarse one! I couldn’t stand the first few seasons with the screen that was in it, so harsh!!

I noticed I need to run it about 9 degrees F lower than my Venty for better flavor.

Venty is the king for flavor, this is not in the same league.

To get better results, I pack my dosing capsules less dense then I do for my Venty. I have never used either of them without a dosing capsule.

The restriction on the Veazy is equal to between I and II air flow setting on Venty.

Mouth piece gets very hot, especially on longer sessions. Like Starry 4 hot. I’m gonna have to look into a silicone cover for it or perhaps an aftermarket mouthpiece if there is one yet.

The Veazy seems to do better with dry or over dry flower then it does with wet/fresh flower.

Battery life is poop. I get 3-4 sessions before it’s dead. Wouldn’t be happy if this was my only or primary vape, totally not meant for heavy users which I expected, that’s where again the Venty shines.

As a happy Venty user, I’m also happy with my Veazy purchase overall. It’s a unique enough of a device that it’s moved into my daily rotation with my Fury 3, Venty, and Lobo.

Great insights here. I notice the flavor difference between Veazy and Venty as well. If they tasted the same, I’d probably like the Veazy over the Venty.

I haven’t swapped its screen, but I will try that soon. I thought the harshness was from the heater.

The Veazy heater smells more than the Venty heater. My veazy has a reclaimy/bong water smell to it, especially while heating. I think the heater has enough capillary action to suck in reclaim.

Never tested the Venty but bought the Veasy as a pocketable replacement for my Mighty OG.

For me Veasy and Mighty are close enough in Vapour Quality to call them the same and I still found their vapour kind of relevant since today. But my Ballpark of Vapes have grown and in the Moment I rarely reach for a S&B Vape.

One thing I really miss for this Vape is a Dock for wireless Charging.
