I would like to get in contact with Vestratto but apparently their info@vestratto.com address doesn’t receive mails (I get error messages from whichever mail service I use to send my email).
I’d need to change the email address I use to log in on their online shop but their website doesn’t send out confirmation codes too. So my need to write them an email message.
You can try reaching out on Discord, but apparently Vestratto no longer gives a shit about customers.
They never have love their products but even if you do email them they never respond anyway

The guy went from sending (weekly? Monthly?) walltext newsletters and same length posts on FC to zero customer care ?
I think i will never need an account on his shop anymore or will create a new one if I do.

Yeah, usually grab my Vestratto stuff from Wesleypipesandmore now and avoid John all together
