I live in Utah, a medical-only state with an ultra-corrupt government controlling the dispensaries. With my senior discount I’m paying $80-$110 for a quarter of indoor grown flower or $70-$90 for outdoor grown. Sixty miles away in Nevada, $75 buys a half.

I’m only gonna make you sad … NM, bunch of liberals running the State House forever. Recreational user, in Albuquerque where weed’s anywhere from 25 to 200usd/28 grams at state licenced dispensaries. Given how things have gone since legal rec a couple years ago, lots of dispensaries. Prices remind me of mid-late 70’s LA but the qualty’s leaps and bounds better.

I pay that for an oz in Oregon. Granted that’s a border town with 13k people in it but 14 dispensaries. Competition is good for the soul.

From Humboldt with love is a brand I like that the local collective ( fam run ) has around 3-4 strains of. $40 a 1/2 and 80 and oz. Very good sour D imho. Feel blessed to support locals. This is a deal though the other nineteen dispensaries all price gouge. Very cool hearing the economic range from across the nation.

I’m also a Utard. I’m 75 miles from Mesquite, but with gas prices and Mesquite’s 22% tax rate (no Utah weed tax, about the only thing they did right) there isn’t much of a savings going to Nevada. I do find it worthwhile to stock up on supplies when I’m in Colorado.

Ngl, it took me longer to figure out what you were asking than I care to admit, mainly because I saw quarter and was thinking 25 cents. I swear it’s the Za bro. But in Maryland you can get an eighth for $30-55. I saw an ounce for $225 today but that’s for a nicer brand.

I can get ounces of good strains, in-state, rec legal, indoor grown with an ugly machine trim for $150. They also have ounces for $100-125 but it’s more of a gamble if it’s going to be dried properly. This grower is an MSO (multi-state operator) that hosts a lot of white labels and they don’t have the best rep so I tend to avoid, but I have to admit some of the white labels are really good and the $150 ounces are the buds that didn’t make it into the little glass eighth jars.
There is another good locally owned grower that sells ounces of indoor hand trimmed mixed buds for $180 that I wouldn’t hesitate to get. Things is, my consumption is low and it takes me forever to go through an oz, so I’d rather buy eighths every couple months for $30-$40. I got a $1 promo ounce (4 different quarters) from a new company earlier in the year and grabbed some stuff on sale during 420 so I’m just sitting on 10 strains right now, some of them harvested over 6 months ago, and probably won’t buy anything new until like October. Its why I’m liking my least efficient vape right now, I can get a ton of terps and good effects without getting floored like my TEDs can do. To answer more directly, a good quarter of hand trimmed indoor rec legal is $60-80 here regular price.

They are selling eights for mid-20s to mid-30s.

The best thing Trudeau ever did up here in Canada was to legalize weed in 2018 (I think). I can order some great BC bud online for around $100/ounce CDN and a quarter would be around $40 CDN.

My fav dispo in Maryland is 55 for all their quarter at least 4 strains at 60 for a half highest quality is 85 a half.

Planet 13’s mids are decent bud actually, and inexpensive IMO. I’ve bought pricy weed, admire the buds but largely, they all settle my stomach and get me to eat.

Alberta rec user.
I can usually get lower end to mid tier 1/4s for around $30-$35 CAD. Mid to High end 1/4s can run from $50-$60 CAD. A mid to high end half oz I can get for roughly $65-$75 CAD, a mid to high end oz for $110-$130+ CAD.
Unfortunately price does not determine good quality products on the Canadian legal rec market (even though it should). You have to take into account strain/phenotype, grower/LP, reviews of the product, and packaging/harvest dates.
It’s been a race to the bottom on the low to mid tier up here for a couple of years; I can pick up a decent 1/4 for almost cheaper than I can buy a case of decent beer.

South Central NM… wide range… usually 40+. Found a small local outdoor organic grower @ $20 per .25, and $60 / oz. Smooth was what I was looking for. Not typical harsh dispo chelated NPK nugs.
