Congrats on your BAKx
It’s about 3,5 years since the first BAKx drop so many units out there and a lot of conversations about it on the Lamart discord in that time
If you would like a cable PlanetHulk makes some nice ones - here’s a photo of a cable from him and the stems I like. Btw that ss stem you got is fantastic and holds a lot of herb!

Yeah just breaking them off and loading the stem. Super impressed and my first stem loaded device so I’m discovering how convenient they are!
I also tried some 6 star strawnana guava hash with degummed hemp fiber last night and was in heaven. I gotta take it slow today or my tolerance is going to skyrocket.

How often do they do drops? I’m on their discord but it’s been dead for a month. Wanted to grab a cord from there and a stem from Zasquatch but neither have announced any new drops yet.

One MAJOR point about this device is the unexpected stealth factor with regard to smell. I picked up a Crestone bag during the recent Stashlogix sale for this device with a stem attached (fits well enough but definitely wasn’t made for it… darn) but I don’t know if i need it really? After 4 or 5 sessions most my stuff has enough ambient smell to pick up within a few feet. Wood is crazy how it counters that… seems magical.
Anyway yeah during a session the device itself should not really put out any smell unless a stem is designed open enough for the vapor to freely make its way out. I might have looked in to this device over year earlier had I not made the wrong assumption.

I’m not sure how often but it’s been a while since a cable drop for sure - hit him a dm to be sure not to avoid a drop
My unit has only been used at home so haven’t been looking much into cases for taking units out

Bakx is on another level. I have two because it’s so special.
If anyone comes to my house, I make them try the bakx because the flavor is on another level.
It is a tolerance killer, like Troy said, so I use it at end of night at my house. Toad or firewood during the early hours.

I feel like the bakx is a commitment. I use my toad or firewood during the day or at social events because when bakx comes out, I’m cramming that stem full of as many whole nugs as I can and melting my face

I will be receiving my first BAKx in the next few days, it is my consolation prize for my Flaske never arriving from Tafee. So far I have on the way a BAKx, DNA mod and one basic glass stem. I know I’m going to want/need more, I have the following in my cart at Lamart (ships from US): 1 bakx wpa cap, 1 bakx dry beads stem ruby, 1 bakx vortex stem, 1 bakx glass bowl open w/screen and 1 14mm glass WPA. Anything I’m missing to get started? Do I have anything in my cart that is a waste of money? Completely new to BAKx, any advice is appreciated.
I think you are pretty set, I guess a 510 cable is the only thing you might like in addition but not everyone likes them.
Yes, a 510 cable is definitely on my list but they seem a bit hard to come by. Keeping my eyes out for one, I would love a recommendation if you have one.
Planet Hulk said they’ll have some more cables available in the coming weeks. Lamart does some cables during the drops but last time there were only two and they were gone in seconds.
I want a Zasquatch stem and hope to snag a custom order spot in the drop tomorrow.

They look so nice… below is an example but not mine. I want curly tasmanian blackwood to match my BAKx and a ditanium mouthpiece for the end.
The wood is just a sleeve for the glass zstem core:

Advanced Vape Supply has them, I have one of theirs and one from Lamart. The Lamart one is more flexible so I like it a bit better but the Advanced Vape Supply cable works well and is more affordable.

Thanks for the tip, got one ordered. Good price, I’ll probably pick up a planet hulk eventually, but this will do for now and be a good backup cable.

Curious, when is the last time you ordered from AVP? I ordered last Saturday, hasn’t shipped yet and no response to my email from Wed morning asking if there were any issues with my order. Was wondering if they are typically a little slow with shipping.
