Ordered within the first 15 minutes, but USPS is having its fun with the parcel, as always. Before heading to Europe, it has to go from Ohio to Michigan, then to three places in Illinois, then back to Michigan again. They’re doing this every single time when I order from Simrell. Idk what’s wrong with USPS. Maybe they have too much fuel, which they desperately need to burn.

I want one of these so bad, but after shipping, duties and tariffs and who knows what other additional costs, it would be cheaper for me to drive from Canada to Ohio and pick it up than it would be to have it shipped lol… gonna have to pass on this one for now, but it looks like a great vape that hits like a champ!

I bought my Hydro XL this morning for $240 USD. I’m also in Canada, and according to my calculations, this thing could end up costing me quite a bit more once it gets here. 
25% surcharge: $60 USD
13% tax on $300: $39 USD
Estimated brokerage fees: ~$28 USD ($40 CAD)
So potentially another $127 USD at the border, bringing the total to around $367 USD. 
But I just couldn’t resist. After seeing the videos and the massive clouds this thing produces, I wanted it way too badly. 
Now I just have to hope Canadian customs shows me a little mercy.

I watched Simrell’s livestream where he tested the Hydro XL with the YLL 3.0 IH, and it didn’t seem to work very well. The YLL just didn’t look like it had enough power.
So now I’m wondering about the Vestratto Forge IH. I have one, and I’m pretty sure the Hydro XL will fit in it without any issues since the opening is much larger than on the YLL 3.0.
Has anyone here tried the Hydro XL with the Vestratto Forge? I’d be really curious to know how well it works and whether the Forge has enough power to heat it properly.

If you haven’t got this thing, I strongly suggest you get it why it’s got this great price. I’ve had it for a few days, and this thing is in a league of its own.
Big shout out to Simrell. This thing is huge and it’s beautiful. It absolutely thumps me in my head and body. I vape every day. I dab every day and I eat edibles a few times a week. Since I’ve been playing with this thing, I haven’t grabbed for my Switch once. No need for edibles either. A few bowls last for hours it feels like. Works great anywhere from a quarter all the way to full. A couple full bowls and debilitated.
The baby lungs thing is for real. I like to vape until the vapor is clear. On this device that’s quite the task. Be prepared to vape for a few minutes. I consider myself to have good lungs and I’m no match. This thing is the absolute truth!

Well … I pulled the pin on a Hydro XL purchase this morning. With the discount I couldn’t resist. I too am in Canada and I’m expecting additional charges when it crosses the border. Some devices … well … VAS just wins out. I’m still waiting for delivery of a ZXL package I ordered June 11th from Phase3 (Teeth Gnashing!!). We’ll see which one gets here first. A same day delivery for both would be killer.

Yup, I did the same calculation so with currency exchange it is about $520 CDN. Too much for me right now, so I will stick with my other heavy hitters.

Yeah, I was holding off on it too because of the price. But this morning I realized that I had actually already paid my property taxes — I thought I still had another payment coming up. So that freed up a little bit of money, and I figured it was the perfect excuse to invest in a Hydro XL lol. I ended up ordering one this morning!

Your video of the Tornado falling down was pretty cool. I ordered the XL yesterday, so I’ll probably get it in a few weeks. Currently using a Tempest 2 until then.

Wow, I just discovered that my homecountry, Austria, actually has quite a strict ban on shipments that include anything related to tobacco and apparently vaporizers fall into that law too. I ordered like 8 different vaporizers in the last 10 months, some electronic, some analog, one desktop and all of them arrived just fine. I even ordered three times from the UK and those came fine too. I had to pay customs for the UK ones, so those packages obviously have been inspected and still shipped fine.
I am saying all this, because I am now worried about my Hydro XL and because I’m a bit stumped. I never thought shipping a device, that is legal in the country, could be a problem. I know, all I can do now is hope that this package slips through just like the others. Wish me luck guys. And sorry for the off-topic.
EDIT Oct 19th: It made it through, arrived today and seems to be working fine.
