I’m hoping the new cooling unit will be available to use in the TM2.

Does anyone have the black version and tried the bowl loading? I am seeing very few reports about it. Does it do much for performance?

To be it seems like a bad idea, but i am happy to be proven wrong.

Hey, i have a black version but i didn’t try the bowl loading method… dont seem a good idea…so im using the OG method. Using the new method will make the chamber way more dirtier than using Old school, the stem will seem longer on the device and i guess the compression on the load could result in different results i guess… lets wait and see the feedback from other users, im happy the way i use it and not even a bit curious on trying…

Hey, the new cooling unit is usable in old TM stems, is a bit longer compared to the OG one, the result is nice between the new CU and zirconia stems but I cannot use with the short TM stem due to using a mouthpiece… the space is not there. I contacted TM and asked if they are considering selling short zirconia stems which they replied they will order when these long stems are out… curious if they address the size difference between CUs or not.

they mix the black with the purple heart wood yet? they teased that on insta awhile back a bunch but haven’t seen it.. aesthetically speaking it’s really nice in that combo

This seems like the response everyone has to bowl loading. Is it really a good idea?

Even with a new chamber and better screen, does it really stop everything going in the heater?

I don’t find it an update like the new CU really… i like the look of the rim and the way it protect the holes under but that’s it… using the stem on top of the load instead the load being inside of the stem will make 1st the stem look bigger, 2nd the “pressure” of the steam on the load inside imo may alter easily the session and 3rd the build up of debris and resins will be substantial bigger.

I think the new chamber and better screen may prevent debris going inside but in the long run some will get in and more if we use the new loading system.

Has anyone who owns the TM2 (purpleheart) also purchased the Black edition? I’m curious what level of improvement, if any, you feel it has over the purpleheart edition, and if you see it as a worthy upgrade for someone who already has the purpleheart. Thanks!

I see a lot of people are dropping s&b capsules inside, but seems like no one is brave enough to raw dog.

I got a black one…pretty nice! I like the zirconia mouthpiece - durable and tasty. And it has a proper cooling unit, not just some nuts and bolts from the hardware store. It looks like a camshaft.

This version is designed to be used with a stem pack or a direct pack into the oven. I’m stoked to explore this!

It’s pretty sweet. I need to do some side-by-sides with earlier models, but so far I really like this version. I like the direct pack, and I like the cooling unit.

I’m glad that you can stem load with this.

Hopefully I can use my glass stems with this.

The direct pack oven is huge. It easily took three large scoops from my lobo scoop. I think I get more bang for my buck with the smaller payloads the stem holds, but it’s a great way to vape!

Hey does it handle those big amounts nicely with the direct pack? i remember if you load the stem a bit more previous models could handle the “extra” amount… you probably need to stir that big load but seems nice if you’re with a crowd. Still think stem loading is the best way to use, the most efficient and the best way to maintain it cleaner.

Thx for the feedback for the direct pack method

Cheers
