How’s the flavor in the TM2Black?..if flavor is there, I’ll probably get one in the near future.
Try it just under 4 on the dial. Delicious and produces solid vapor for multiple hits. Then temp step up to finish if desired.

Please keep us posted on battery life that’s the one thing that kept me from getting a TM2 was the battery life issue. @Esco
I really like the new black TM2 but battery life is the only reason I do not use my regular TM2 more often. I have come to realize that I prefer a larger non-removable battery to a smaller swappable one. I would love to see a TM3 with a battery like the Frolic.

@bearzden The flavour is fantastic, definitely one of the best things about the TM. With the zirconia stem especially I absolutely feel like I can taste the terps more than on my other devices, while the flavour also lasts maybe one or two hits more than I was expecting it to.
@805IQ3 The battery life on the other hand definitely seems like a weak point, I think maybe 5 bowls max but that would be pushing it. I wasn’t really expecting to feel like I needed to get another battery + charger for them but I’m gonna get one soon just so I’m not monitoring it so much. Agreed with @Ronny that I prefer a larger non-removable battery to this style, although also happy to be able to improve the long-term health of what is essentially an art piece tbh
@OldModerate Thanks for the tip, I’ll give that one a shot. I did really enjoy that I was getting big clouds at 5 so maybe I should stay around there and see how I dig it

5 of the dial with 0.05g in the bowl gives me two large tasty hits (TM2 walnut). I can go back for a third but it’s not really worth it. That’s my get it done method with the TM2. Love it. Starting under 4 gives me 1 super tasty hit, 2-3 solid flavorful hits, and then I bump to 5 for cleanup. Still end up with a lightly roasted color just takes a bit longer to more of a session (although I use the on-demand mode). My third setting is with the Tinymigh.t bowl on a water piece at 8 on the dial pulling hard. One and done unless I am greedy and go for a cleanup but again usually not really worth it. Only then do I get the darker ring but still the rest is a nice roast. YMMV.

saw they have a “redwood” black edition now.. that looks really nice aesthetically… still waiting for the PurpleHeart/Black metal combo… shocked they haven’t tossed that up for sale yet

This!!! i use on 4.5, with the previous model i was using 6 to have similar results, more taste than clouds but good balance between them, i feel this model is more powerful, the range of the temperature provides different types of sessions. Regarding the MP i use the glass beads over the zirconia, on the go i use the TM2 short glass with cooling unit and a Titanium MP i got from buyvapo.eu but just because is smaller than the zirconia. I don’t use pods, i use the OG way i just load inside the glass or zirconia, im still finding will to try this new load system but my ocd with cleaning is preventing that 
My number 1 vape since the TM1

I like the black one but I agree that the redwood black edition looks really good to, maybe a purpleheart will follow. I am not in a hurry, I’ll wait and see
Picked up the Black Walnut on release, came with extra batt and charger. Good looking unit. I am still experimenting with different combinations. I have a TM2 that is about 3 years old. New unit does seem to have a deeper battery life.
Demand mode, set on 7. Monster clouds it can produce. Flavor is better at 5ish… Tried the S&B capsules, I found it takes a few warm up draws to get a larger dosing. (granted, I have had these for a long time, just did not test them)
The new black stem and cooling unit work well for me. I have a J hook, don’t see much difference in cooling.

Thanks so much to those who replied! Been trying keeping it around 4 as mentioned and damn the hits you get from that are reeeeeally tasty and big and satisfying. With that and one or two hits on a slightly higher temp to finish it off the AVB is starting to look pretty nicely dark and even. Man this is a sweet vape.

So I got myself a TM2 back when it first launched, but I never really loved it, even though I tried. I got all the attachments and stuff, but eventually sold it. Since then my vaping style has evolved and I also stopped combusting. Then few days ago I came across a brand new TM2, for a price tag which made it impossible for me to ignore. So I gave Finland a another chance.
Today this black and walnut TM2 has arrived, so I went outside to spend the day with it. It feels as great as it looks, and the black anodizing seems very robust. Flavor and performance are very good. The zirconia stem and the new cooling unit are making a real difference for me. Good cooling, also cleaning should be super easy. I also have a feeling that the new TM2 heats more evenly across all battery levels.
We had a great day together. I think this is a keeper, so I made my proven leather cover (former FC members may remember the first one). I’m very happy with my TM2 Black
