While we’re improving it, I’d like a battery check when the power is off with a click. Lobo does this. Gotta fire up the engine to check the battery light.

update: WOW.
went to my friends for a sesh last night and brought the Flaske which we tried first, we all like the design and flavour but all struggled to get dense clouds but that’s for a different thread
then we switched to the Frolic and oh my god!!! it really is just the Venty if it could hit like a truck, while it was of course hotter and a little more uncomfortable than the Flaske the flavour is still great and the clouds are incredible and I very quickly felt the body effects I was missing before. Also as someone who can have trouble telling when the flavour’s gone the hits here being so full-on and intense make it actually much easier to tell, which is useful.
basically I loved this vape a lot and wish I had one and probably will after my next payday. aside from it being really really stinky and getting super dirty super quickly it’s so wild how much they nailed on the first try. huge fan.

I was similarly amazed that this was their first device! Rumor has it that they hired a former Storz engineer?
I understood that Dejan is mastermind and designer of the Frolic and has no prior involvement with s&b. He (and team) seem to just have done a good job at analyzing market and competitors and designing accordingly with good (though ‘plastic’) materials and communication to customers and those interested (specially on FC)
Something I’m surprised not to see many others doing as it seems such a natural and move for both sides.

Dejan designed it after several years of studying thermal dynamics and tearing down all the top performing vapes on the market. He figured out the best features of each vape and optimized his design around all of his learnings.
There’s a reason it feels like the Venty and Tinymight had a baby

I don’t find mine gets dirty easily. It usually requires minimal cleaning even when using the bowl directly and not a stem-loading option. I will agree that it’s an awesome vape!
It’s still my top portable even amongst my TB2, Convex2 and S3. It’s built like a tank, feels nice in the hand and it just always works. Once you get used to that crazy powerful heater, there’s no going back. I love mine. Just used it for a nice wake n’ bake and I’m more stoned than an old-testament thief.

I purchased the bowl insert that is a tighter fit for Storz dosing capsules. Using those helps, although the device gets sticky pretty quickly.

It sure does get sticky quickly and it has been a challenge to clean until I started using ISO dipped pipe cleaners for the narrow grooves.

I just started a 10 day vacation from work five minutes ago, and the delivery person just showed up at my door with this… Sometimes timing just works out perfectly lol. Feels like Christmas morning. Always gotta love new vape day

Mine never ended with my frolic, 9 months later.
Tolerance and cost of herb are the only reasons I don’t use it 99% of the time. I love it. Amazing for on the go with the S&B capsules too, it’s my favorite for traveling. A magazine of capsules and a spare batt and I’m good for a while.

… I just went to a local patio and had a drink and a sandwich and took it with me and I loaded up some capsules and it was amazing for that. Now I’m home recharging it again, so it was perfect for little adventures like that.

I just bought the alternative cooling unit that makes the STORZ dosing capsules fit better. The experience with the frolic just keeps getting better!
