Hey all, first time posting here… Hope all is wall with everyone. My B day is today, I own a tempest 2 and planty of dynavape, mostly I use my woodwind for 0.05 and was wondering if I can get the slim head and bowl and change my tempest so it can hit 0.05 and with that completely retire my dynavap and wand.
Wanted to add, that this is an amazing community and I’m lucky to have this bundle of information about somthing I feel passionate about and alone on my surroundings. Thank you.

If you have the original Tempest you could get the upgrade kit for £35. It basically turns the T1 into a T2 
I’ve done side by side the testing and the heat retention on my original ebony Tempest is exactly the same as the T2 head now
My SS slim arrived today. It’s all cleaned up ready for the test flight

It looks like the bowl and head will be the same for the tempest 2 moving forward as they are the same accessory for both versions on the site now. If you look at Tempest 2 accessories it says the bowl is the updated design with 4 dose settings.
So yeah you should be good to get those and add them to your Tempest 2. Looks like the bowl is sold out currently though, at least on the US website.

Yeah, I’ve been thinking of getting the upgrade kit for a while but the v1 still puts me to sleep anyway!

I only got to try one bowl last night, but first impressions are good! 
After taking the picture the flight got delayed as my dumb arse forgot to load it up before heating it! I took a while to cool down as I had the SS core in it!
I tried mouth to lung, and got about 12 small puffs off of it. This is roughly the same as the Ti/SS combo. I did however get a bigger hit even doing little 2 second puffs!
The unit feels heavy in your hand, but in a good way. The stem is comfortable to use, and I really like the simple design.

Hi Joe! You can most definitely do that. The new T2S head is backwards compatible. It can definitely fit into the T2.
You should pack the vapes you don’t use and send them to me hahaha
I find myself going back to every one of my vapes, venty, dynavap of sorts, terpcicle and the tempest 2…
Even my good old g3 dynavap is still in play at times… So forgive me for hoarding…
Here’s my 2 weeks update for my Ti Tempest 2 Slim.
It can fit into your bong, the sleeve seals it and stays sealed even when you tilt it. It’s really neat that you can just use the T2S one handed. Just remember to take out the cooling spiral.
The body is very sturdy, incredibly solid. I believe you can drive a car over this vape and it’ll still be fine.
I’ve successfully done one hit extraction using the YLL 3.0 induction heater with 3mm ruby balls at 80W 40s. If I want to reheat I set it to 80W 26s. The head airflow is about 50% open and the body airflow is just a smidge open.
The Case is also updated I think. The debowler in the T2S case is no longer sharp. I don’t feel safe carrying sharp objects neither so this is a plus.
I am just kidding brother. I hope you enjoy the T2S if you decide to get one ;))
Moved house today and my T2 Slim SS arrived 10 minutes after I did 
Just had the one bowl so far, after replacing the default balls with the SS core. Really smooth tasty hit that’s hitting me in all the places, seems like this could be the evening thing I was hoping it would be. Will be a great way to unwind this weekend after lots of unpacking!

Im not gonna lie….i like the regular stem better.
It is just looks more substantial.
Does anyone have the T2 and T2S ti and ss? I have a T2 and I suppose the T2S ti is very similar, so I imagine it’s better to get the ss for a different signature and feedback, right? I feel like the T2S ti woulf just be a slim version of what I already have.
That’s the entire reason I went for the SS one, yeah. Don’t know how similar the Ti 2 and 2 Slim are but but I can definitely tell the difference in material with the SS Slim, it stays warm for wayyyyyy longer
